Much like everyone else, we are stuck in our homes and practicing Social Distancing, and on the Navajo Nation we are under Shelter In Place with a daily curfew that lasts from 8 pm to 5 am Daylight Savings Time, and had this past weekend (4/10 to 4/13) 57 hour weekend curfews with the expectation of having more in the future.
But with all those restrictions placed on us we are still trying to stay creative. One way our Head of the Film/ Photo department is doing that is my participating in different photo challenges. You can see these photos on our Instagram @happyaccidentsmp stories section. She is also taking online courses one of them being the Photographers Without Borders “Storytelling for Change” online series.
Our artist and Head of the Art Department will be researching and participate in art competitions. In addition, he will be creating drawings daily and post his progress of projects on his art blog at Ko-fi so you all may stay updated.
Check out our“Social Distancing Prices” page to see what services we are still offering during this time.
